Nowadays, the virtual format is the most opportune solution for everyone and WIN World is working with the best national and international partners, in terms of technology and communication, so as to adopt the best solutions for virtual events and continue to inspire and impact the lives of everyone around us.
AN UNMISSABLE EVENT FOR LEADERS AND TEAMS WHO WANT TO EXPLORE THE FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS NECESSARY FOR GROWTH AND DIFFERENTIATION IN AN ERA DEFINED BY INCREASING COMPLEXITY
Now, more than ever, there are two types of organizations in the world: those that have creative thinking and those that need to adopt it.
Recent studies have revealed creativity to be the most important capability in order to navigate and flourish in an increasingly complex and competitive world. That is, above rigour, management discipline, integrity or even vision, creative thinking is key.
For instance, according to a recent study by LinkedIn, the soft skill companies need most in 2020 is creative thinking!
The challenging context that the whole world is going through today only confirms this pressing need. Organizations increasingly need people who can creatively approach problems and tasks across all business roles. Understanding this skill early on can give you a leg up on the competition!
Leaders and teams that adopt creative thinking strategies:
_ Develop new business models that allow them to achieve goals;
_ Embrace innovation consistently encouraging new approaches and controlled risk assessments;
_ Demonstrate agility in complex and uncertain situations.
The pandemic has shown the world how rapid, abrupt and global change can be. But there is another change affecting us all in an increasingly exponential way: the technological revolution in the world of work.
Today, this is how labor is split up amongst human beings and machines or algorithms:
Humans: 71% | Machines/algorithms: 29%
According to a study by the World Economic Forum, this distribution will look drastically different by 2022:
Humans: 58% | Machines/algorithms: 42%
Creative thinking is precisely the aspect that most distinguishes human beings from machines. Consequently, companies that invest in their creative capabilities are investing in their future!
Corporate creativity is a must for adaptation and innovation within any organization. The bigger the corporation, the bigger is the necessity for creativity, agility and speed. It’s not enough to follow a ‘start up’ model - it’s about adopting a new mindset across the board. The longer we wait to take this leap, the gap will only become wider.
Join us in finding out what promotes and develops creative thinking within organisations.

OF THE HAPPY CONFERENCE
HAPPY CORPORATIONS SOCIETY
The Happy Corporations Society was launched because happiness, productivity and positive growth shouldn’t be things we focus on only once a year. They should be constructed continuously, with concerted efforts, every day for our well being and the sustainability of people, teams and businesses.
Our goal is to create an ecosystem of knowledge and networking that collects, organizes and shares the most recent trends and themes about happiness, well being and growth. Our aim is to energize people and teams as well as their levels of commitment, motivation, creativity and resilience. The Happy Corporations Society is based on a series of public and private original content and initiatives meant to strengthen knowledge and practices as to better help the objectives of each company. The Happy Corporations Society is proud to present its corporate workshops: Happy Workplace, Happy & Healthy e Happy & Confident.
Our Happy Walk is a part of our corporate pack and can be undertaken before or after the Happy Conference, as soon as the company confirms presence.
This is an inclusive workout, done in collaboration with other professional partners, where organisations can choose in between 15 treks around LIsbon (Sintra, Ericeira,Arrabida, ...). The walks are all of moderate difficulty levels, and happen in areas of outstanding natural beauty. The treks take between 3-5 hours depending on the chosen route.
These walks work extremely well by themselves, with people greatly enjoying themselves in this relaxing and inclusive activity. However, group dynamics, conversation starters and themes may be agreed on beforehand to better facilitate communication within teams.
A beautiful, organised and harmonious workplace evergizes staff and increases their capacity of concentration and execution. In just 24 hours and with a modest budget, Happy Workplace will transform spaces and lives at work.
Happy Workplace believes that successful organisations need spaces of harmony and well-being that motivate employees. We invite our partners to be protagonists of a positive makeover of their workspaces, one geared towards team spirit, creativity and individual and collective satisfaction.
